Terms & Conditions

1. Service Agreement

By booking a service with YoresHash, you agree to these terms. YoresHash provides auto maintenance and repair services across Germany. All services are performed by certified technicians using industry-standard equipment.

2. Booking & Cancellation

• Appointments must be booked in advance through our website or phone
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before appointment time
• Late cancellations may incur a service fee
• YoresHash reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to emergencies

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon service completion. We accept bank transfers, card payments, and cash. Invoices include itemized labor and parts costs. Estimates are provided before work begins.

4. Liability & Warranty

YoresHash provides a 12-month warranty on parts and labor. We are not responsible for damages resulting from vehicle misuse, improper maintenance, or pre-existing conditions. Your vehicle remains your responsibility during service.

5. Data Protection (GDPR)

Personal data collected during booking is processed according to GDPR regulations. We use your information only for service delivery and contact purposes. Your data is secure and never shared with third parties without consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

YoresHash's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by German law. Any disputes shall be resolved in German courts.
